By creating an account in The Lab, you will automatically be added to the email distribution list.
You will receive free emails related to The Lab and its content.
To access the briefings, you must have a site member account and
log in using only your email address and password.
You can sign up for an account on The Lab's website,
which is indicated by the Log In / Sign Up icon in the top right corner, or click here.
For more in-depth content and the briefings in The Lab, a paid subscription is required.
With a paid subscription, you get access to all the content in the archive.
Plus, you'll get free VIP access to The Cinema for a year and 30% off everything in The Shop.
With your paid subscription you support the research.
You can choose from three different ways to support the research and the length of time you have access to it - Monthly, Annual or Bespoke Support Plan.
With the Bespoke Support Plan, you enjoy the same benefits as with the Annual Support Plan, with the addition of a monthly research briefing tailored to your individual interests.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time.
Please acknowledge our refund policy for digital products.
After cancellation, your paid subscription will automatically expire at the end
of the paid billing cycle.
Until the end of your paid billing cycle, you retain full access according to your paid plan.
After your billing cycle has expired, you will no longer have access to the archive
and will no longer benefit from the other features available with a paid subscription.
After your paid subscription ends, you will remain on the mailing list and receive the free emails.
If you no longer wish to receive emails at all, simply click Unsubscribe in the email
Or
If you have an account, you can ask us to delete your account.
Go to "Delete account" in your account, follow the instructions
and your account information along with your email will be automatically deleted
and removed from the mailing list.
Kindly allow us up to 72 hours to accomplish this deletion.
When requesting the White Paper, we reserve the right to verify who requested the White Paper based on the information provided by the requestor in the request form and to either provide or refuse to provide the White Paper.
